Ukrainian Association for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation (UAEAC) is a civil organization that assists with contacts and collaboration between nations aiming to formation of common space of security, confidence and mutual understanding.
In their activity, members of the Association proceed from the fact that a development of international relations in political, economic, scientific, cultural and spiritual spheres contributes to a development of the civil society in Ukraine, strengthening political independence of our country, improving its image at the international arena as well.
UAEAC conducts research work, provides experts' opinions, organizes international conferences, seminars and round tables, thus creating platforms for a dialogue on international policy, social relations, economy, education, culture and arts issues. The Association assists with attraction of investments and establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between enterprises of different forms of property.
The Association collaborates with governmental institutions and local self-management authorities, civil organizations, state and private enterprises and mass-media.
The Statute of UAEAC stipulates both individual and collective membership. Thus, the Association acts also as a net of analytical-scientific institutes, civil organizations and private enterprises which are represented by their leading persons in the Coordinative Council and the Board of Directors of UAEAC.
UAEAC's member are different by ethnic origin, ideological beliefs, political views and belong to different confessions or are atheists. United by one common goal, we find common language among ourselves, and due to this we are able to contribute to mutual understanding and cooperation among others.
