Education:
– 1969 – Kiev High School of Artillery Engineering named by S.M. Kirov, graduated with honours;
– 1978 – Military Academy of Air-Defence of Land Forces named by A.M.Vasylevsky, graduated with golden medal.

An expert in system-defined studies of social-political processes, national security problems, conflicts and means of their settlement, vitality, stability, effectiveness and security of complex systems, as well as in modeling of systems and processes, estimation of decision-making after-effects.
