1980 - 1982 - construction engineer, the Vinnitskiy Plant of Radio-Technical Facilities.
1982 - 1988 - research fellow, the Vinnitskiy Polytechnic Institute.
1986 - 1988 - post-graduate student, the Institute of Radio Technology and Electronics named by M.Popov, Moscow.
1988 - 1989 - sociologist, the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine.
1989 - 1992 - vice-President, the Ukrainian Center of International Security Studies.
1992 - 1996 - first secretary, the Arms Control Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
1996 - 1998 - president, the Ukrainian Association for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation..
1998 - 1999 - counsellor, Acting Head of the USA and Canada Department, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

1990 - 1992 - consultant on International Organizations, the Service for Political-Legal Issues of the Administration of the
President of Ukraine.
1992 - 1996 - assistant-consultant of the member of Parliament, of the secretary of Committee on national security and
defense.
As a part of governmental service and civic activity, participated in a number of international scientific conferences and round tables in Ukraine and abroad. Prepared a number of analytical documents, has publications in Ukraine and abroad on international relations and international security policy.
